Quick Overview

  • Premium aluminium jigs designed for easy printing onto dye sublimation printable socks

  • The jigs stretch the fabric when pressing to prevent unprinted white areas in the ribbing when the socks are worn. These jigs ensure that that all of the sock fabric is printed.

  • Unlike hardboard jigs that can be easily broken and frayed these ultra polished aluminium jigs are built to last for a long time

  • The straight jig allows you to press the socks on the side or centre front or centre back

  • Comes in two sizes Large 600mm x 110mm x 1mm (suitable for Men's & Women's socks) and 600mm x 82mm x 1mm (suitable for baby and children's socks)

  • USEFUL TIPS ON USING OUR JIGS:

    • Pull the sock gently over the jig so that it is fully stretched without being overstretched

    • Ideally use a rubber band or some pegs to hold the sock in place to prevent it riding down the jig during printing

    • Once you have printed one side shift the sock around the jig by 1mm or so. This is so that when you print the second side a 'seam' where the edge of the jig is is not obvious

    • Don't worry if the socks feel very soft after heating. As the socks cool down they will feel firmer again
