Troubleshooting and Tips

Any item that comes with an insert that is not a rectangle or square shaped needs a bit more attention when creating your design. Ensure that your crop your image so that it will appear nicely on the keyring without cutting out anything important.

Many of our customers often have to produce many of these items during busy periods and always press as many items in their flat heat press as possible. If doing this ensure all the inserts are face down and not too spread out to the edges of the press. This ensures that an equal pressure is applied to all the metal inserts producing consistent and identical results.
